Thanks to all who donated time and energy this year to the Walk for Hunger. Almost a month has passed since that rainy event and my blisters are almost healed but it seems like just yesterday. I can't wait to do it again next year.
However, here's a few things I'll do differently:
1-do not wear old shoes
2-get a massage within 2 days
3-walk regularly BEFORE the 20 mile walk
